The Pianta pizza is vegan; this has no cheese and is topped with spinach, closed cup mushrooms, pine kernels, artichoke, tomato, chilli flakes & garlic oil and finished with rocket, extra virgin olive oil & fresh parsley. The pizza bases and tomato sauce are suitable so vegans can order other pizzas without animal product toppings. You can bring in your own vegan cheese to top pizzas, provided it is in a sealed pack, in date and with the date clearly visible. The other suitable dishes are the starters of dough balls or gluten free dough balls (if garlic butter is substituted with garlic or chilli oil), roasted tomatoes and marinated olives and the desserts of coconut delight and raspberry sorbet. The restaurants have full information on what ingredients are vegan so it may be possible to obtain other dishes by leaving out animal products. This information is available on their website. They have restaurants in Falmouth, Newquay, St Ives and Truro. Updated 04/17
