Tel: 01326 569267     https://castcafe.uk/     A vegan visitor in the past visited this cafe and enjoyed her meal so much she wanted to recommend it to other vegans.  The chef was very knowledgeable and accommodating.  Although not on the menu, he was happy to make a chickpea pancake with roasted courgettes and tomatoes, olives and rocket.  They also had a delicious dessert of almond butter brownies with coconut ice-cream and date syrup.  Although there might not be immediately something vegan on the menu board he is always happy to make something for vegan diners.    More recently vegan diners have enhanced this recommendation after visiting.  Updated 08/21..
